2. Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Prepayment Policy: All services must be paid in full before work begins.
• Non-Refundable Payments: Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon.
• Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made within 24-48 hours will incur a rescheduling fee.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

3. Pricing and Offers

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers and discounts expire 60 days after being issued, unless otherwise specified.

4. Additional Costs

For on-site or physical services, additional costs such as travel, accommodation, and toll charges may apply and will be agreed upon separately.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials and content provided remain the intellectual property of the service provider.
• Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-commercial use license. Redistribution or reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with applicable data protection laws. Your personal information (name, email, phone number) will be stored securely and deleted when no longer necessary.
